General tree description

Acer circinatum is a large, dense shrub or a small tree with a bushy shape. It has almost circular leaves up to 10 x 13cm, with seven to nine double toothed lobes, light green, turning orange and crimson in autumn. In spring there are red and white flowers, followed by seeds which turn bright red as they develop.
