The Tony Stephens Rose Arbour adjoins the Rose Garden at roughly the mid point on the east side, and extends over the eastern north-south footpath. It was donated by the family of a Parks Service employee, Tony Stephens, by his family, and is believed to have been erected in the early 1990s. At the same time a matching structure was placed on the west side, at the entry to the Rose Garden from the westerly north-south footpath.[1]
